The organic vegetable garden

The organic vegetable garden: from the soil to the plate!

Come and discover our inexhaustible source of inspiration, our 4,000m² ECOCERT certified organic vegetable garden grown by our passionate gardener Damien. You will find more than 50 varieties of vegetables (zucchini flowers, cauliflowers, and carrots of different colors) but also old-fashioned vegetables (such as parsnips, rutabagas, Jerusalem artichokes) and aromatic herbs such as basil, chives, thyme, rosemary.

Our vegetable garden is free from fertilizers or synthetic pesticides and is watered from our well. We sow edible flowers to decorate the plates of the restaurant (such as Borage edible and medicinal plants, pansies or nasturtiums).

Our Chef and his team are inspired by the seasonal vegetables they pick every day in our vegetable garden, and which will enhance your plates.

The life and the social link of our vegetable garden

Come and visit our local breed hens that are fed with plant-based waste from the kitchen and vegetable garden (anti-waste). You will discover our insect hotel which aims to improve the ecosystem, pollination, and the essential biodiversity in order to fight against parasites, as well as our nesting boxes sheltering a dozen couples of great tits.

Our production is also sold to Amap (the Association for the maintenance of peasant agriculture), which creates a direct link with our consumers and local organic shops.
